MCC is the relief, development and service organization of the Mennonite and Brethren in Christ churches. Opportunities are available to contribute funds and material aid for on-going efforts or in response to crisis relief requests. Each fall our Mennonite Women group organizes the collection of school kits and health kits. Volunteers may also give time to sort and bale clothing, check kit contents, quilt or wrap soap at MCC's Material Resource Center in Ephrata, PA. The children's Sunday School departments collect money each spring for MCC's Penny Power projects. For further information, contact MCC. |

The Argentina Partnership was formed as a way for local churches to learn more about our Christian brothers and sisters in Argentina and to serve as an avenue whereby we can be supportive to each other. Forest Hills Mennonite Church is one of four Lancaster County Mennonite congregations that have formed a partnership with several Mennonite congregations in Argentina. Relationships are built through e-mails, visits, praying for each other and developing friendships. We are finding ways to learn from each other. In January 2005 a delegation of six went to Argentina to visit the participating congregations and sign a formal partnership agreement with them. A young couple from Forest Hills was part of that team. |
